General Description

TAFFCO Automatic Roll Filters are designed for use in all types of Roll Machines. The actual operational efficiency is normally greater than that obtained from Fiberglass rolls. Synthetic media is virtually free of fiber break-off making it ideal for use in the food, electronic and pharmaceutical industries. The TAFFCO Roll Filter fits existing equipment without modification and its quality is guaranteed to equal or surpass original equipment. Tested by Underwriters Laboratory as a Class II filter.

TAFFCO Automatic Roll Filters are manufactured under a carefully controlled process to obtain uniform tension and a perfectly straight wind up. This process, developed exclusively by TAFFCO, ensures proper delivery of media to equipment.

TAFFCO Automatic Roll Filters are equipped with a five foot, heavy duty Kraft Paper leader and trailer. These extensions allow for easier installation, clean handling of used rolls, and total usage of filter media.

TAFFCO Automatic Roll Filters are manufactured to exact specifications of original equipment, using original equipment cores and media 1/2" thick, 65 feet long.

TAFFCO Automatic Roll Filters are constructed from high, loft, non-woven polyester uniformly bonded to a scrim backing. The synthetic media has a gradient fiber density to ensure even depth loading and longer life. Scrim backing (a latex coated fiber) on the air leaving side adds strength, greater efficiency, and prevents sagging and air bypass.* Tackified media available upon special request.

TAFFCO Automatic Roll Filters are packaged in a heavy duty, reversed corrugation carton for ease in storing and protection of the media in shipment.
